Detailed information to the manhole cover frame repair
That's how it's done:
1. Positioning of the rubble plate into the defective manhole.
2. Positioning of the manhole frame lifter and raising of the manhole frame.
3. Positioning of the manhole frame lifter and raising of the manhole frame.
4. Bring in the shutter and mixing the fast-tying and shrink-free special pit sealing mortar EBRALIT ®.
5. Eingießen des hochfließfähigen Spezial- Schachtvergußmörtels EBRALIT® in die Schachtschalung.
6. The fast tied special pit sealing mortar EBRALIT® can be already stripped off after 5 minutes.
7. After completion of the new, high-duty fundament the rubble plate with it's entire resulted debris is taken out.
Alternatively (against surcharge):
8.1. and 8.3. - Cutting around the manhole and installation of bituminous special compound.
8.1 Adjustment and/or sealing of the manhole frame to the road with hot bitumen as well as stone chipping for the optical adjustment to the lane.
8.2 Cutting:
With the BECK special cutter you can cut circular around the manhole up to a depth by approx. 4 cm and width by 12, 24 or 36 cm.
8.3 Installation of special fast-hardening bitumen.
