1976

founding year of the individual enterprise Erhard Beck

On 05 January 1976 Erhard Beck, the father of the today's managing director André Beck creates the private company Erhard Beck. The company develops and produces channel and manhole devices.

Company founder Erhard Beck is inventor and developer, who collected the requirements of the devices and products which have to be developed from practice locally in Germany and from many other european countries.

1977	publication of a 3-page professional article about the company Erhard Beck ...
	... which was intiteled "Safe moving of manhole covers" in the official news sheet of the civil engineering professional association: "Die TBG Berufgenossenschaft" edition 3, March 1977.

1978

transformation into Beck GmbH

Company founder Erhard Beck converts the individual enterprise Erhard Beck into the Beck GmbH. The successful development of innovative and practical products is being continued.

In this picture of the year 1977, André, the 5-year old son of enterprise founder Erhard Beck, already demonstrates the very easy handling of the lifting car TYP-HR, which was one of the first developments of the company.

1981

development, testing and production ...

... of the extremely fast hardening pit sealing mortar EBRALIT®. Because of the season-independent outstanding flowing and manufacturing properties, this innovation is for the entire industry an important milestone.

The maximum stress of EBRALIT® is examined according to DIN 1164 and 18555. EBRALIT® sets new yardsticks during the pit adjustment concerning of hardening speed and quality.

1982

acquisition of a commercial property ...

... and building of storage- and production halls in Bad Rappenau Bonfeld.

Already with 10 years the future managing director was gaining extensive experiences with manhole frame lifters and rubble plates.

1986	extension of production- and storage halls ...
	... in Bad Rappenau-Bonfeld. At the same time extension of the personnel and enlargement of the vehicle park.

1989	building of new offices ...
	... on the company area in Bad Rappenau Bonfeld, Obere Mühle 11, and removal into the new offices.

1991

extension of the product range ...

... by the production of rubber products. Apart from our practice-proven standard program, we now manufacture rubber products, which are made in a modern procedure out of natural rubber, individually after customer's request. The result of the rubber production are further jobs.

With the bracing kits, which were developed completely by Beck and most of them are legally protected, the Beck GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers in Germany.

1993	establishing of a branch office ...
	... with storage and partial production in Priborn, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, close at the Mecklenburgian sea-plate near the Müritz. Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

1994	entrance of André Beck, business economist (BA) ...
	... into the parental company. By participation of many years in the company André Beck knows all ranges from the production development over marketing, selling, purchase, planning and Controlling.

1996	establishment of a further company hall and additional office area ...
	... in Bad Rappenau-Bonfeld. Further specialists for the ranges technology and procurement marketing are employed.

1999	development of the subsidiary Beck GmbH in Priborn.
	Personnel heightening in Priborn on 6 employees.

2000	Market launch of the AKE = Anti-clatter insert.
	After development and testing for many years the patented world novelty "Anti-clatter insert" comes on the market. This product is produced by Beck and brought into the world-wide selling. Because of it's special effectiveness among experts it provides world-wide attention and there is enormous interest. World-wide inquiries and orders from 4 continents!

2001

André Beck takes the management on January 1, 2001 ...

... He is now responsible for the entire company BECK GmbH in Bonfeld with more than 30 employees. Thus the continuation of the enterprise tradition is also secured in the 2nd generation.

Apart from the division 'Development and selling of channel and manhole devices', also the branch of service is with in the meantime over 100.000 manhole rehabilations extremely successful.

2002

Purchase of a large Wirtgen road miller ...

... as well as a low loader and further trailers. Additionally acquisition of a lorry with swap body, 3-axes, 26 tons (for building debris among other things). Further personnel. The large market penetration is causing the engagement of 2 further qualified field representatives. Heightening of the company building at the headquarters in Bad Rappenau Bonfeld. Constant development of further practice-oriented devices.

Visit of an official 30-man huge expert delegation from Japan.

Development of the subsidiary BECK GmbH in Priborn. Personnel heightening both in the indoor service and in the field service on now altogether 10 employees.

2003

Firm anniversary: 25 years BECK GmbH

On the occasion of the 25-year old company anniversary the specialized media reports nationwide and detailed about BECK GmbH (see press review).

Award of an acknowledgment document by the IHK Heilbronn-Franken.

Award of a tin plate of the city Bad Rappenau by mayor Hans Heribert Blättgen.

Executive André Beck aligns the corporate strategy strengthened to the international market. A continuing successful future with the development, production and the world-wide selling of new trend-setting products is very important for him.

Also much importance is attached on the high qualification and constant advanced training of all employees.

Engagement of 3 more employees for the adjustment troops. Beside the headquarter Bad Rappenau Bonfeld and the subsidiary in Priborn, the BECK GmbH is now also present for the customers internationally in France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Spain and in Turkey.

International attendance at fairs in Spain, England, Wales, Ireland, France and Italy.

Official member in the IKT, Gelsenkirchen.

2004

Formation of the BECK Italy OHG.

Heightening and modernization of the technical equipment within all ranges.

Development of the storage space to extension of the storekeeping.

2005	Development, testing and introduction on the market of the BECK of purple anti-clatter ring.
	The BECK GmbH is now a trainee company of the IHK Heilbronn-Franken with intended career "Industrial clerk".

2006

Anniversary: 30 years BECK channel and manhole devices!

On 05 January 2006 the company Beck already exists for 30 years.

Introduction of the own developed and since 2003 approved high-quality reactive cold mixture BECK Asphalt®.

The Beck-Homepage was clicked more than 1 million times during the year (see Internet development).

2007	Continuity, quality and seriousness become estimated - in the meantime from more than 5,000 pleased customers.
	By technical-organizational and personnel restructuring (with now altogether about 30 employees) increase in sales!

2008

Assembly and development of new co-operations in the business and advanced training such as qualification range

By the optimization of the storekeeping with more than 1.000 different Schachtabdeckungen, Aufsätzen, Straßenkappen, Adapterringen und -platten etc. wird die schnelle Lieferfähigkeit, größtmögliche Vielseitigkeit und schnellste Reaktionsfähigkeit für jeden Schadensfall ermöglicht.
